Niki and Ralph were excellent with helping us make our wedding a reality! They helped make the wedding process so much easier! Niki and Ralph were both very attentive with answering our questions and with explaning the wedding process! To all brides and grooms, you will be in great hands at Whitby Castle! We had our wedding reception in August 2022 at Whitby and it was the best day ever! The food, service, and location was outstanding! All of our guests loved the beautiful venue and food! Everything was flawless! There was no worries! The best part is Niki, Ralph and staff will do everything they can to make the day as stress free as possible! Whitby Castle was a truly gorgeous and amazing venue for a wedding! You can't ask for a better backdrop than the castle itself for your ceremony and photoshoot, and the inside is just as beautiful. We were floored when we saw the way the ballroom was set up for our reception. We also love the way the cocktail hour is set up - it begins in the corridor and leads out onto the deck, with the welcome glass of champagne and food stations in multiple locations as you enter. Our guests told us they loved the way they kept being surprised by more food stations! The food was also delicious, as many of our guests agreed. In addition to being the perfect venue, the staff at Whitby are also extremely friendly and accommodating. They were easy to reach and receptive to the many, many questions we had leading up to the big day. They were able to provide everything we asked for with ease, and day-of, our maitre d' Ralph made sure everything ran smoothly. Everything went off without a hitch and we didn't need to worry about a thing. Both he and Niki, who we worked with a lot leading up to the event, were two of the nicest people you could ask for
